2. What is its address?
Its address is Hotel Forum, Via Roma 99/101, 80045 Pompei (NA).
3. Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Yes, they are.
4. How many suites does the hotel have?
The hotel has 1 mini suite and 2 junior suites.
5. Are there any interconnecting rooms?
Yes the only one interconnecting room is the Mini Suite: a big room with two separated rooms, one with a sofa bed and the other one with king bed and bathroom.
6. Are safety deposit boxes available?
Yes, we have safe deposit boxes in every room.
7. At what time can I check in / check out?
Guests are requested to check in from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and check out by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
8. Can I check in earlier / check out later?
Requests for earlier check in or later check out are accepted according to vacancies. If the hotel is full, we cannot meet your request. However, you can leave your luggage in our storehouse.
9. Is there a restaurant in the hotel?
Yes but only for groups.
10. Is the Internet access available at the hotel?
Guests can use the 2 free Internet points in the hotel or connect to the Internet with their own Pc from their rooms. The wireless connection is free and available in the hotel and in the rooms.

To make a reservation on line select “Check Rates & Book Now”. You can also reserve on line giving details of a credit card for guarantee.

By sending an e-mail to us or calling us.
13. Why are credit cards required to make a reservation?
Your credit card details are required to make a reservation but we do not charge anything to your credit card on booking. Your credit card is only used as further guarantee.
14. What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking within and not after 06:00 pm on the day of arrival without any penalty; otherwise we are authorized to withdraw the cost of the first night from your credit card.
15. Does the hotel provide transfer to and from the airport?
No, we don’t provide this service but we have taxi arrangements. For further information, please contact our Booking Office.
